FREE Beauty Bag and Samples from Target

Come grab your free beauty bag filled with samples from Target.  Fill out a few things and submit.  Myself and a few other bloggers are reporting that the page has a problem loading once you hit submit, but when you refresh and try and reenter it says you have already requested a sample.  I hope we all get one! :-) Worth a try anyway!
